Langar is a completely vegetarian meal that is served throughout the day at gurdwaras for all to enjoy. It is also served for the duration of an Akhand Paath or at the completion of a Kirtan. It can be as simple or elaborate as you wish, and usually includes daal and roti as staple langar menu items.
The menu below is an example of a three day Akhand Paath menu.
